And did we mention it is lakefront? This home is only 20 minutes from
Sevierville and 25 minutes from Pigeon Forge so you can enjoy all the
attractions in the area plus a lake vacation! During some summer
months, this home has a floating dock (available summer 2009). During
the months when it does not, we will arrange free slip space at nearby
Gator Point Marina based on availability. During your entire stay in
season you will have free launch privileges at Gator Point Marina as
well (used at your own risk, of course).
The beautiful cathedral living room, dining and full kitchen with
fireplace is a great place to unwind while the kids can enjoy the large
game room with Flat Screen TV, Arcade Game with over 25 games
downstairs. The game room also has an adjacent sunroom that is great
for watching TV, and enjoying the outdoors from within!
Sleeping arrangements consists of 2 master king suites
with whirlpool tubs. There is a large bunk room for 4 with TV and full
bath. A queen sleeper is in the living room.
The professionally landscaped, wooded lot offers tons of
privacy and a beautiful outside space. It is also located on a quiet
dead end street. The large circle drive allows for parking for your car
and trailer.
If you need more space, this home is just around the corner from 2
bedroom Simpler Times and 3 bedroom Lakeside Point. The total sleeping
