Bear Necessities is hardly bare of necessities! In fact this
lakefront home has it all! High Speed Internet Access with
computer in home office will keep you working (if you must on
vacation) or at least keep you connected!
This new luxury log home sits on the shores of Douglas Lake
with beautiful mountain and lake views and its own private
dock. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 and 1/2 baths to accommodate
8 guests. Two bedrooms have king beds and one bedroom has 2
twins. There is a sleeper sofa in large great room.
Large wood burning fireplace is the center piece of this
beautifully decorated home. No expense has been spared in the
decor or design. Large family dining table to accommodate a
full house. The full kitchen with beautiful cabinetry and bar
will please the most discriminating cook.
Moving on to the bedrooms: The main level master has corner
year round use fireplace for cozy nights anytime. It also
boasts a TV and whirlpool tub. The 2nd king bedroom has it's
own bath as well. The third bedroom with 2 Twins has details
you just have to see for yourself. TV's in all bedrooms, 3 in
the home with DVD players, for private viewing or a place for
the kids to bring their game console.
Loft game room has pool table and game table with private
lakefront deck access. Hours of fun will be had here alone.
There are multiple decks for family entertaining outside.
There is a Hot Tub in the screen room for relaxing moments day
or night. Full washer and dryer inside main level for your
convenience.
Easy access to the lake by foot or by car. A special driveway
has been created to give our guests a simple way to get to the
private dock, take down gear or help mom and dad to the
water's edge. Small cove in front of home offers low boat
traffic to enjoy swimming and fishing. Plenty of parking is
available for multiple cars and boat trailers.
This home is minutes from the Great Smoky Mountain National
Park, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The Smokies offers so many
things to do, but once you get here, you may never want to
leave.
The closest marinas to this home are Indian Creek and Swann's
Marina.
If you have a large party, you may want to also rent
The Last
Wagon Stop and Paradise Found. Each of these homes is located
in the same neighborhood sub-division, Paradise Landing. Total
sleeping for these 3 homes would be 26 guests.
